Should the ill choose to die? YES

Terminally ill patients should have the liberty.

People who are terminally ill should have the right to end their own life or have their legal guardian decide if they should live on. Brain damaged since 1990, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed at her husband's request, last week. Schiavo had suffered a massive heart attack which prevented oxygen from going to her brain.

Should the ill choose to die? NO

The preservation of life is too important to give up on.

Assisted suicide and euthanasia are words that have been on the minds of many in recent weeks as a brain damaged woman is slowly being starved to death by the withholding of fluids and nourishment in spite of her parents' efforts to save her. The Terri Schiavo case itself does not actually deal with the issues of doctor-assisted suicide and euthanasia, since no active role is being taken to end the woman's life.

I took the Speech 4 class with Dr. Mark Crossman and I liked it. Dr. Crossman then asked if I would like to be on the team, and I went to check it out and liked it.
