Students read a Myriad of things

The students who contributed stories, poetry and artwork to the EC creative arts journal, Myriad, will have a reading event today in the Gallery courtyard from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

All that jazz

The Jazz Band will be playing in the Haag Recital Hall under the direction of Kurt Festinger. The performance will be Friday at 8 p.m. and tickets are $6.

Choir shows off its vocal chords

The Community Choir will be performing Saturday in Campus Theatre at 8 p.m.

They will be directed by Leslie Back and the tickets are $6.

Soloists gather in symphony

Dane Teter will be directing the Symphony Orchestra on Sunday in Marsee Auditorium.

The show starts at 3 p.m. and will feature soloists from the Applied Music Program: Dvorak New World Symphony.

The tickets are $6 and parking is free.

Band concert coming soon

Students Silverio Rojas and Edgar Cervantes will conduct "A Sousa Tribute," to be performed June 5 at 3 p.m. by the EC Concert Band.

The performance will take place in Marsee Auditorium. Tickets are $6 and students with ASB sticker get in for free.

Music man to play in Torrance

The Torrance Cultural Arts Center is presenting "The Music Man" Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and 2 p.m., respectively.
